摘 要:碱洗塔是烯烃分离装置中的重要设备。碱洗塔的管口多,附塔管道多,为管口方位的设计增加了难度,因此,如何优化设计出管口方位,合理布置管道走向尤为重要。要合理设计碱洗塔管口方位,首先必须熟悉塔的工艺流程和结构分布,设备平面图,各设备间的相对位置关系,遵循从上至下依次设计的原则,优先设计工艺管口,满足工艺专业要求后再考虑配管的管道布置,同时兼顾大管径,有应力要求管道的配管布置,其次需考虑阀组的整体规划。Alkali washing tower is an important equipment in olefin separation unit.There are many nozzles of the alkali washing tower and many pipelines attached to the tower,which increases the difficulty in the design of nozzle orientation.Therefore,how to optimize the design of nozzle orientation and reasonably arrange the pipeline direction is particularly important.Firstly,the plan must be familiar with the process flow and structural distribution of the tower,the equipment plan and the relative position relationship between various equipment,then it designed the nozzle orientation from top to bottom,gave priority to the design of the process nozzle,and considered the piping layout after meeting the requirements of the process discipline.At the same time,took into account the piping layout of the pipes with large pipe diameter and stress requirements,and then paid attention to the overall planning of the valve group.
