摘 要:为有效发挥储能型柔性软开关(soft open points with energy storage,E-SOP)灵活的故障恢复能力,提出了基于E-SOP的柔性互联配电网孤岛划分和故障恢复方法。首先,构建了双端变压器故障后,基于E-SOP的柔性互联配电网故障恢复模型;其次,以负荷恢复容量最大为目标,综合考虑功率平衡约束、E-SOP容量约束和电压约束,提出了基于拓扑搜索的柔性互联配电网孤岛快速划分和故障恢复方法;最后,对所提柔性互联配电网孤岛划分和故障恢复方法进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明所提柔性互联配电网孤岛划分方法计算速度快、划分效果好,能有效满足快速供电恢复的要求。To effectively utilize the flexible fault recovery capability of soft open points with energy storage(E-SOP),an island division and fault recovery method for the flexible distribution network with the E-SOP is proposed.Firstly,a fault recovery model for the flexible distributio n network based with the E-SOP is established after the two terminal transformer fault;Secondly,with the goal of maximizing load recovery capacity,a topology search based fast island division and fault recovery method is presented considering power balance constraints,E-SOP capacity constraints,and voltage constraints.Finally,a simulation analysis is carried out on the proposed flexible interconnection distribution network island division and fault recovery method.The simulation results showed that the proposed islanding and fault recovery method for the flexible distribution network has the advantages of fast calculation speed and good partitioning effect,which can effectively meet the requirements of fast power restoration.
