摘 要:为了确保商业办公建筑在正常供电的同时满足电动汽车的充电需求,提出了一种电动汽车能源共享的有序充放电控制策略,用以解决商业办公建筑内电动汽车充电桩集群的负荷叠加导致用电需求剧增与建筑供配电负荷功率限制之间存在的矛盾,保障系统正常平稳运行。深入探讨了商业办公建筑电动汽车用户需求、充放电约束条件、响应调节边界、功率控制分配等影响因素,提出了基于电动汽车能源共享的有序充放电控制策略,并搭建了有序充放电控制的仿真模型,开展功率分配调度控制策略优化研究。研究结果表明,采用电动汽车能源共享的有序充放电控制策略,不仅实现了电动汽车间的能源共享,而且有效避免了充电功率峰值叠加超出商业办公建筑供配电负荷功率限制的问题,确保了商业办公建筑的电力供应稳定。In order to ensure the normal power supply of commercial office buildings and meet the charging needs of electric vehicles,this paper proposes an orderly charging and discharging control strategy for energy sharing of electric vehicles to solve the contradiction between the sharp increase in electricity demand caused by the load superposition of electric vehicle charging piles in commercial office buildings and the power limit of building power supply and distribution loads,and ensure the normal and stable operation of the system.This study delves into the influencing factors of electric vehicle user demand,charging and discharging constraints,response adjustment boundaries,and power control allocation in commercial office buildings.It proposes an orderly charging and discharging control strategy based on energy sharing of electric vehicles,and builds a simulation model for ordered charging and discharging control to carry out optimization research on power allocation scheduling control strategy.The research results indicate that adopting an orderly charging and discharging control strategy for electric vehicle energy sharing not only achieves energy sharing among electric vehicles,but also effectively avoids the problem of peak charging power exceeding the power limit of commercial office building power supply and distribution loads,ensuring stable power supply to commercial office buildings.
