中国与乌兹别克斯坦棉花贸易竞争性和互补性研究

摘　　要：中国与乌兹别克斯坦农业合作优势显著,尤其棉花合作方面显现较大的潜力,从2013-2022年中乌棉花贸易规模和贸易逆差均呈大幅收窄趋势,贸易结构单一。文章基于Trademap数据库和UN comtrade中2013—2022年数据对中乌双边棉花贸易的竞争性和互补性进行测算,结果显示:就棉花竞争力而言,乌兹别克斯坦在国际市场的竞争力远超于中国;就棉花互补性而言,中乌棉花贸易互补性指数处于较高水平,尤其是乌兹别克斯坦对中国棉纱出口的互补性显现出极大的空间和潜力。因此,中国应加大对乌兹别克斯坦棉花的投资力度,增强棉花贸易生产要素互补,扩大贸易互补潜力空间以促进中乌双边棉花贸易优势互补、互利共赢,推动双方棉业高质发展。China and Uzbekistan have notable advantages in agricultural cooperation,especially in cotton cooperation,which shows great growth potential.From 2013 to 2022,the scale of China-Uzbekistan cotton trade and trade deficit both have shown a significant narrowing trend,and the trade structure is singular.This paper measures the competitiveness and complementarity of China-Uzbekistan bilateral cotton trade based on data from 2013 to 2022 sourced from trademap database and UN comtrade.The results show that Uzbekistan is more competitive in international market,while in terms of complementarity,the index is at a high level,especially Uzbekistan's exports of cotton yarn to China demonstrate great growth potential.Therefore,China should increase its investment in Uzbekistan cotton,enhance the complementarity of production factors in cotton trade,expand trade complementarity potential to promote China-Uzbekistan bilateral cotton trade,mutual benefit and high quality development of cotton industry.
