季节和生根激素类型对竹柏扦插生根的影响

摘　　要：扦插苗培育是竹柏实现无性系造林的关键。竹柏扦插对比试验结果表明,不同季节的扦插成活率、生根时间在0.01水平差异有统计学意义;不同生根激素处理的成活率、生根时间和根条数均在0.01水平有统计学意义;扦插季节与生根激素在扦插成活率、根条数和生根时间上存在明显的交互效应。在扦插成活率、生根时间和根条数的综合表现上,6月份扦插、扦插前用浓度0.5 g/L ABT6浸泡插穗基部0.5 h为最适宜扦插方案。The cultivation of cuttings is the key to realize clone afforestation of cypress.The results of comparative experiments on Podocarpus nagi cuttings showed that the survival rate and rooting time of cuttings in different seasons had significant difference of 0.01.Survival rate,rooting time and root number among different auxin treatments had significant level of 0.01.There was significant interaction effect between cutting season and rooting hormone on cutting survival rate,root number and rooting time.In terms of the comprehensive performance of cutting survival rate,rooting time,and root number,the most suitable cutting plan was to soak the base of cuttings with a concentration of 0.5 g/L ABT6 for 0.5 h before and after cutting in June.
