摘 要:针对温度型平衡阀调控中的滞后性等问题,提出采用一种物联网流量型平衡阀,通过模拟3种阀芯形状(W型,V型,O型)的DN100物联网流量型平衡阀在不同开度时进出口压力的变化,计算出流量特性曲线,并利用试验台对W型阀门进行流量性能试验,研究阀门开度、阀门进出口压力与流量之间的函数关系,并对数值模拟结果进行论证。结果表明,压力场轴向分布特性和流量适配性相较于V型阀和O型阀,W型阀芯具有更好的调节能力,在对应的流量下,W型阀门开度在45%~63%之间,调节范围大,符合等百分比阀门特性,可实现小流量时精细调节、大流量时快速调节。研究结果可为物联网流量型平衡阀的设计和应用提供参考。The Internet of Things(IoT)flow type balance valve was proposed to solve the problem of time lag in the thermal balance adjustment at the user-end in the heating industry.By simulating the change of inlet and outlet pressure of DN100 IoT flow type balance valve with various valve cores(W,V and O type)at different openings,the flow characteristic curve was calculated.At the same time,the flow characteristic curve of W type valve was tested on the test rig in order to study the functional relationships between valve openings,inlet and outlet pressure of the valve,and flow rate,furthermore,the numerical simulation results were validated.The verification results show that in terms of axial distribution characteristics of pressure field and flow adaptability,compared to V type valve and O type valve,the valve with W type valve core has better regulating ability.Under the corresponding flow rate,the opening of the W-type valve is between 45%and 63%,therefore,it has a big regulation range,conforms to the characteristic of equal percentage,and can realize fine regulation at small flow rate and quick regulation at big flow rate.The research results can provide reference for design and application of IoT flow balance valves.
