摘 要:随着城市化发展,生产建设过程中产生的大量建筑垃圾堆积形成的杂填土层不仅造成了严重的环境污染,也因其可压缩性高、成分复杂和结构松软严重影响公路工程建设。合理地利用这些建筑垃圾并且增强杂填土层的承载性是目前城市发展和工程建设的重要课题。依托山西省阳城县滨河东路延长线坡底段综合工程项目,对K0+000-K0+650路段路基下的深厚杂填土层展开研究,通过室内实验获取场地各岩土层物理力学性质,在此基础上针对不同的路基加固方案根据其在本工程中的适用性进行比选,结果显示柱锤冲扩桩作为一种在土桩挤密法和强夯技术基础上发展来的加固技术在本工程中的适用性较高。进一步对柱锤冲扩桩法的设计方案和施工工艺进行说明,最后通过单桩静荷载试验和复合地基静荷载试验验证路基加固效果,结果表明采用柱锤冲扩桩法加固后的路基,其承载力得到提高且满足设计要求。本次研究为杂填土路基的处理设计和施工提供了科学依据,同时也对柱锤冲扩桩法在杂填土路基中的应用效果进行了验证。in severe environmental pollution.Due to the compressible,complex,and loose nature of miscellaneous filled soil layers highway construction has been significantly impacted as well.Rational utilization of this construction waste and enhancing the bearing capacity of the miscellaneous filled soil layers is a crucial task in current urban development and engineering construction.The deep miscellaneous filled soil layers in a roadbed section(K0+000-K0+650)was investigated based on a comprehensive engineering project in Yangcheng County,Shanxi Province.After conducting indoor experiments to determine soil properties,various road reinforcement solutions were compared.The results favored pile driver impact expansion pile technology,an innovation rooted in soil compaction and dynamic compaction techniques.The design and construction process of column hammer expansion pile method was further outlined.Finally,the efficacy of roadbed reinforcement was validated through both single-pile static load tests and composite foundation static load tests.The load-bearing capacity of roadbed reinforced by column hammer expansion pile technology was enhance,meeting the design requirements.This research offered a scientific foundation for treating miscellaneous filled soil roadbeds and validates the applicability of column hammer expansion pile technology in miscellaneous fill subgrade treatment.
