摘  要:以金属氧化物压敏电阻为主要保护元件的电涌保护器(SPD)广泛应用于低压配电系统,为提高狭窄或孤立区域的低压配电线路雷电防护能力,设计了一种高性能电源SPD。该产品利用现行各非线性元件的特点,采用多器件、多通道组合成的一体化拓朴电路,分别对雷电进行有序吸收与释放,以达到工作稳定、通流量大、残压低的性能。该产品残压与通流能力的试验结果表明,相比于Uc为385、420 V的SPD,其残压分别下降百分之三十以上和百分之四十以上,最大通流能力可达110 kA。Metal oxide varistor as the main protection of Surge Protection Devices(SPD) are widely used in the low-voltage distribution system,to improve the line lightning protection ability,which on narrow or isolated area of low voltage power distribution.This paper designed a kind of high performance power SPD,take advantage of the current characteristics of the nonlinear components,the product using multiple devices,multi-channel,integrated circuit topology,is Ordered absorbed and released respectively on lighting,in order to achieve stable work,large flow and low residual pressure.The test results of residual voltage and passing capacity of the product showed:compared with the SPD of Uc are 385 and 420 V,the residual voltage decreased by more then 30% and 40% respectively,with a maximum flow capacity of 110 kA.
