摘　　要：氨作为一种重要的化工原料,在一定条件下可以气、液相互转化。液氨汽化后,能吸收大量的热,被誉为“冷冻剂”,在化工生产中使用较多。液氨是一种无色液体,有强烈刺激性气味、有毒、易爆,在输送过程中需要做到无泄漏。屏蔽泵安全环保,非常适合输送易燃、易爆、易挥发、有毒、有腐蚀性液体,是比较理想的液氨输送泵,本文简称“液氨泵”。本文主要对液氨泵使用过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考。Ammonia,as an important chemical raw material,can be converted between gas and liquid under certain conditions.After the gasification of liquid ammonia,it can absorb a large amount of heat and is known as a"refrigerant",which is widely used in chemical production.Liquid ammonia is a colorless liquid with a strong irritating odor,toxicity,and explosiveness.It is necessary to ensure no leakage during transportation.Shielded pumps are safe and environmentally friendly,and are very suitable for transporting flammable,explosive,volatile,toxic,and corrosive liquids.They are an ideal liquid ammonia delivery pump,abbreviated as"liquid ammonia pump"in this article.This article mainly analyzes the problems that exist in the use of liquid ammonia pumps and proposes solutions,in order to provide reference for research in related fields.
