摘　　要：夹层管道是一种特殊的管道,采用高温介质对液体进行加热或保持其温度,其设计与施工过程通常较为复杂。由于夹层结构中的介质通常具有黏性,因此,在设计中,为了降低阻力,必须提高夹层结构的可塑性,并对夹层结构中的介质走向进行调节,从而达到最终的伴热效果。以聚合工厂中主材料管道为例,对夹套管管件的使用及其无损检测等方面加以说明,以期为相关领域的研究提供参考。Sandwich pipelines are a special type of pipeline that uses high-temperature media to heat or maintain the temperature of liquids,and their design and construction processes are usually complex.Due to the viscosity of the medium in sandwich structures,in order to reduce resistance in design,it is necessary to improve the plasticity of the sandwich structure and adjust the direction of the medium in the sandwich structure to achieve the final heat tracing effect.Taking the main material pipeline in the aggregation factory as an example,this article explains the use of jacketed pipe fittings and their non-destructive testing,in order to provide reference for research in related fields.
