摘 要:通过单因素实验分析乳化时均质速度、乳化时间以及降温时搅拌速度对α凝胶液晶相形成的影响,发现乳化速度和降温时搅拌速度过快会破坏α凝胶液晶结构,乳化时间过长,液晶结构会减少。通过正交实验分析,对α凝胶液晶相形成的影响顺序依次为乳化速度>降温时搅拌速度>乳化时间。通过综合评估分析,最佳工艺条件为均质速度9000 r/min,乳化时间3 min,降温时搅拌速度600 r/min。相同配方不同工艺下制作样品比较,含α凝胶液晶相膏霜8 h长效保湿性能以及改善经皮水分流失方面均优于不含α凝胶液晶相膏霜,且表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。The effects of homogenization velocity,emulsification time and stirring rate on the formation ofα-gel liquid crystalline phase were analyzed by single factor experiment.It was found that,theα-gel liquid crystalline structure would be destroyed if either of the homogenization velocity and the stirring rate during cooling was too high.If the emulsification time was too long,the liquid crystalline structure would be reduced.Through orthogonal analysis,the influencing factors on the formation ofα-gel liquid crystalline phase were ranked as follows:homogenization velocity>stirring rate during cooling>emulsification time.The optimized process conditions were homogenization velocity of 9000 r/min,emulsification time of 3 min,and stirring rate during cooling of 600 r/min.The samples which had the same formula but were produced under different processes were compared,and the results showed that,the skin cream containingα-gel liquid crystalline phase were superior to those withoutα-gel liquid crystalline phase both in the 8 h long-term moisturizing performance and the inhibition of transepidermal water loss,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).
