摘 要:白龟山灌区是河南省重要的产粮区,地处半湿润半干旱气候过渡带,农业生产与农田水利工程息息相关。针对目前灌区农田水利工程存在的渠系配套设施老旧、灌溉能力受限、管理体制不健全、水资源分配不均、先进技术和专业人才缺乏等问题,提出了应用新技术升级改造现有设施,完善管理机制,培养专业人才,构建水资源评估体系,科学分配水资源等优化策略,对于提高灌区农田水利工程的运行效率和水资源利用率,推动区域农业可持续发展具有重要意义。The Baiguishan Irrigation District is an important grain-producing area in Henan Province,located in the transitional zone between semi-humid and semi-arid climates,where agricultural production is closely linked to farmland water conservancy projects.In response to current issues such as outdated canal facilities limiting irrigation capacity,flawed management systems with uneven water resource distribution,and a lack of advanced technology and professional expertise,strategies are proposed for optimizing the situation.These include applying new technologies to upgrade existing facilities,improving management systems and cultivating professionals,and establishing a water resource assessment system for scientific allocation of water resources.Such optimization measures are significant for enhancing the operational efficiency of farmland water conservancy projects and water resource utilization rates in the irrigation district,and for promoting sustainable regional agricultural development.
