风眩方联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟风眩方联合西药治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效评估。方法选取2020年10月—2022年9月成都中医药大学附属医院收治的原发性高血压病患者100例,根据随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予以常规西药进行治疗,研究组施以风眩方联合常规西药治疗,12周后,对两组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后24 h平均血压水平进行比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组24 h平均收缩压和平均舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组24 h平均收缩压和平均舒张压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上加入自拟风眩方治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压可显著提高降压的有效率和降压幅度,适用于临床。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy evaluation of self-made Fengxuan Formula cooperate with Western medicine in the treatment of primary hypertension with liver yang hyperactivity type.Methods From October 2020 to September 2022,100 patients with primary hypertension who met the criteria Chengdu University of TCM Cardiovascular Department 2 Outpatient were assigned into research group and control group on the basis of the table of random number,50 cases were fit into each group.The control group was given Western medicine,and another was grant Fengxuan Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine.After 12 weeks,Compare total effective rate,Side effects and 24-hour mean blood pressure level of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in 24-hour average systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group.Relatively statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions incidence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion on the foundatin of Western medicine,adding self-made Fengxuan Decoction in the treatment of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang can notable improve the effective rate and amplitude of blood pressure reduction,which can be applied to clinical practice.
