升提穴平衡针刺联合手法推拿及仿生物电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨升提穴平衡针刺联合手法推拿及仿生物电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年1月山东省荣成市妇幼保健院收治的126例产后盆底功能障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各63例。两组入院均行常规宣教,对照组以仿生物电刺激治疗,试验组在对照组基础上配合升提穴平衡针刺和手法推拿,比较两组治疗效果、盆底肌力变化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ类肌纤维肌电值和盆腔器官脱垂定量分期评分(POP-Q)。结果治疗前,两组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌电值和肌纤维疲劳度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌电值较治疗前升高,肌纤维疲劳度较治疗前降低,试验组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌电值高于对照组,肌纤维疲劳度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组盆底脱垂0度较治疗前升高,Ⅰ度较治疗前降低,且试验组0度占比多于对照组,Ⅰ度占比少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后身体不适症状总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以平衡针刺升提穴联合手法推拿和仿生物电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍,可改善患者盆底肌电值,促进肌力恢复,效果良好且安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of balance acupuncture combined with manipulation massage and bioelectric stimulation of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 126 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to Rongcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from August 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group according to computer random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine education,the control group was treated with bioelectric stimulation,and the experimental group was treated with balanced acupuncture and manipulative massage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the change of pelvic floor muscle strength,the electromyography value of class Ⅰ to Ⅱ muscle fibers and the quantitative staging score of pelvic organ prolapsis(POP-Q)were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in Class Ⅰ,Class Ⅱ electromyography and muscle fiber fatigue between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ electromyography values were higher than before treatment,while muscle fiber fatigue was lower in the two groups,while class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ electromyography values in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,while muscle fiber fatigue was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,0 degree was higher in both groups than before treatment,Ⅰ degree was lower than before treatment,and the number of 0 degree cases in experimental group was more than that in control group,but the number of Ⅰ degree cases was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in physical discomfort symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Balanced acupuncture combined with manipulation massage and bioelectric stimulati
