摘  要:建立考虑表面粗糙峰接触和流体动压共同作用的混合润滑模型,研究流体动压径向滑动轴承在不同加速方式下的启停行为。求解了启停过程的瞬态油膜力、粗糙峰接触力、最大油膜压力和平均最小油膜厚度,得到了启停过程的轴心轨迹及轴颈与轴瓦表面接触时间、启动速度、摩擦力矩和摩擦功耗的变化规律,结果表明:不同加速方式对启动过程中轴承瞬态油膜力、平均最小油膜厚度、接触行为、摩擦功耗和摩擦力矩有较大影响,对轴心轨迹有一定影响,而对最大油膜压力峰值影响较小;相比启动过程,停机过程中时间项引起的挤压效应明显,加速方式对停机过程中各项瞬态参数的影响较小。A mixed lubrication model is established considering the combined effects of surface asperity contact and hydrodynamic pressure,and the start-stop behavior of hydrodynamic plain journal bearings is studied under different acceleration modes.The transient oil film force,asperity contact force,maximum oil film pressure and average minimum oil film thickness during start-stop process are solved.The changing laws of axis trajectory,contact time between journal and half-bearing surface,starting speed,friction torque and friction power consumption during startstop process are obtained.The results show that different acceleration modes have great influence on transient oil film force,average minimum oil film thickness,contact behavior,friction power consumption and friction torque of the bearings during starting process,and have certain influence on axis trajectory,but have little influence on maximum oil film pressure peak value;compared with starting process,the squeeze effect caused by time term during stopping process is significant,and the acceleration modes have little influence on transient parameters during stopping process.
