摘 要:随着聚丙烯材料应用范围的不断拓展,低灰分含量聚丙烯树脂在电子、电器、纺织和医疗等领域发挥着重要作用。其中,聚丙烯电容器薄膜的开发和应用,使电子和电容器的质量和性能大幅提升,有力地推动了电力系统的建设与发展。介绍了双向拉伸聚丙烯电容器薄膜的主要特点和影响电容器薄膜用聚丙烯树脂性能的主要参数(灰分含量、等规度、熔体流动速率),综述了国外电容器薄膜用聚丙烯树脂的生产现状、国内主要化工企业在该技术领域的研究进展和聚丙烯树脂脱灰工艺,展望了生产电容器薄膜用高纯净聚丙烯树脂技术的发展方向,即采用超高活性催化体系在反应器内直接生产高纯净聚丙烯而免去洗涤脱灰工艺。With the continuous expansion of application range of polypropylene materials,polypropylene resin with low ash content plays an important role in the fields of electronics,electrical appliances,textiles and medical treatment.Among them,the development and application of polypropylene capacitor film improve greatly the quality and performance of electronics and capacitors,which promotes effectively the construction and development of power systems.The main characteristics of biaxially drawn polypropylene capacitor film and the main parameters(ash content,isotacticity,melt flow rate)affecting the performance of polypropylene resin for capacitor film are introduced.The production status of polypropylene resin for capacitor film abroad,the research progress of major domestic chemical enterprises in this field and the deashing process of manufacturing polypropylene resin are reviewed.The development direction of high purity polypropylene resin for capacitor film production is proposed,which is directly produced in the reactor by using ultra-high activity catalytic system without washing and deashing process.
