摘 要:为解决聚丙烯薄膜介电常数低、介电场强低等问题,创新提出采用微纳层叠挤出技术制备不同层数(1层、16层、256层)的聚丙烯薄膜,并对不同层数聚丙烯薄膜的介电常数、介电损耗、击穿场强、结晶度、力学性能等进行表征。结果表明,相比于层数为1层的聚丙烯薄膜,16层、256层的聚丙烯薄膜的介电常数分别提升23.2%和37.0%,介电损耗分别降低36.94%和58.56%、击穿场强分别提升11%和23.3%,拉伸强度分别提升5.3%和18.98%。结晶度也随层数的增多而增大,该技术对聚丙烯薄膜的介电性能有明显的提升效果。这项工作对单一材料介电性能的提升提供了全新的思路。For solving such problems as low dielectric constant and low dielectric field strength of polypro-pylene film,it is innovatively proposed to prepare polypropylene films with different numbers of layers(1 layer,16 layers,256 layers)by adopting the micro-nano-layered extrusion technology,and the dielectric constant,dielectric loss,breakdown field strength,crystallinity,and mechanical properties of polypropylene film with different numbers of layers are characterized.The results show that,compared to 1-layer polypro-pylene film,the dielectric constant of 16-layer and 256-layer polypropylene film is increased by 23.3%and 36.3%,the dielectric loss is decreased by 6.25%and 45.8%,the breakdown field strength is increased by 11%and 23.3%,and the tensile strength is increased by 5.3%and 18.98%,respectively.The crystalinity is also increased witht the increase of the number of layer.The technology has a significant improvement effect on the dielectric performance of polypropylene film.This work provides a new idea for the improve-ment of the dielectric performance of a single material.
