摘  要:为了研究热-应力老化作用对电容器用双向拉伸聚丙烯(biaxially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)薄膜绝缘性能的影响,本文对电容器用厚度为7.8μm的BOPP薄膜进行120℃下单向拉伸,在应力分别为0、10、20、40 N下进行168 h的老化处理,利用万能材料试验机测试了其拉伸应力应变特性,在85℃条件下测试了试样的电导率、介电常数和直流击穿等电气特性,并通过热刺激去极化电流分析了热-应力老化作用对BOPP薄膜陷阱特性的影响。结果表明:热-应力的老化作用导致BOPP薄膜电导率明显上升,热的作用导致介电常数的下降,单向应力的作用导致介电常数的上升。此外,热刺激去极化电流测试结果表明,热-应力老化作用导致BOPP薄膜中能级较深陷阱密度显著上升。上述结果表明,热-应力老化作用导致电容器用BOPP薄膜电气性能下降,应增强对其重视和研究。For studying the influence of thermal-stress aging on dielectric performance of polypropylene film(biaxially oriented polypropylene,BOPP)for capacitor,the BOPP film with a thickness of 7.8μm for capacitor is streteched down at 120℃and is subjected to aging treatment at the stresses at 0,10,20 and 40 N respectively for 168 hours.The tensile stress-strain characteristics of it is tested by the universal material testing machine.Such electrical characteristics as electrical conductivity,dielectric constant and DC breakdown of the sample are tested at 85℃.The influence of the thermal-stress aging on the trap characteristics of BOPP film is analyzed by thermally stimulated depolarization current(TSDC)technique.The results show that the thermal-stress gaing leads to significant increase of the electrical conductivity of BOPP films.Also,the termal action leads to reduction of dielectric constant and the the unidirectional stress causes the dielectric constant to increase.In addition,the TSDC test results show that the thermal-stress aging significantly increases the trap density and trap energy levels in BOPP film.The above-mentioned result shows that the thermal-stress aging leads to reduction of electrical performance of BOPP film,of which more attention and research shall be strengthed.
