摘  要:对于柔直、轨道交通等领域用的直流支撑电容器而言,交直流叠加的试验验证更符合实际工况所需。电容制造厂家如何利用现有试验设备,搭建交直流叠加试验所需的试验平台,重点在于对交、直流电源的隔离保护。本文在介绍交流、直流独立试验回路及交直流叠加试验回路原理的基础上,明确了隔直电容和隔交电感、放电电阻的参数选择原则,为各电容厂家利用厂内现有设备,尽最大可能降低设备成本的前提下,提供一种直流支撑电容交直流叠加试验平台搭建的思路和方法。For DC-link capacitor used in such fields as flexible and rail transit,the test verification of AC/DC superposition is more in line with the need of actual condition.The focus of how the capacitor manufacturers can utilize existing testing equipment to set up a testing platform for AC/DC superimposed testing is in the isolation protection of AC and DC power sources.On the basis of introducing the principles of AC and DC independent test circuits and AC/DC superimposed test circuits,the parameter selection principles of DC isolation capacitors,AC isolation inductors and discharge resistors are clearly defined.It provides a train of thought and method for setting up a DC-link capacitor AC/DC superimposed test platform for capacitor manufacturers to utilize existing equipment in the factory and minimize equipment costs.
