摘  要:双碳人才培养视域下,社会问题的跨界化和知识应用的综合化要求高校学科建设从学科交叉向交叉学科发展。高等教育学科评价机制以行政主导下的量化考核为特征,行政主导会忽视产业社会需求,过度量化又导致创新和探索受到抑制。从双碳目标的现实需求出发,一方面要对传统学科评价机制进行“多元均衡”的体系构造变革,实现评价来源多元化、评价对象开放化、评价分类合理化和评价标准科学化;另一方面要对碳中和交叉学科评价机制展开“去学科化”模式探索,突破传统学科界限,探索以科研创新与人才培养为导向的交叉学科评价机制。From the perspective of dual-carbon talent training,the Cross-border of social problems and the integration of knowledge application require the discipline construction of colleges and universities to develop from multidisciplinary to interdisciplinary.The evaluation mechanism of higher education disci-plines is characterized by quantitative assessment under administrative leadership,which will ignore the needs of the industry and society,and excessive quantification will lead to the inhibition of innovation and exploration.Starting from the practical needs of the dual carbon goals,on the one hand,it is neces-sary to carry out a"pluralistic and balanced"system structure reform of the traditional discipline evalua-tion mechanism,so as to realize the diversification of evaluation sources,the openness of evaluation ob-jects,the rationalization of evaluation classification,and the scientific evaluation standards.On the other hand,it is necessary to explore the。de-disciplinary"model of the interdisciplinary evaluation mecha-nism for carbon neutrality,break through the boundaries of traditional disciplines,and explore an interdis-ciplinary evaluation mechanism oriented to scientific research innovation and talent training.
