摘 要:分析了《化工回转窑设计规定》中滚圈椭圆度校核计算结果偏差较大的原因,建立了包含滚圈、筒体(含垫板)及托轮的双重接触有限元仿真模型,其中考虑了温升对筒体材料力学性能的影响以及冷态下滚圈与筒体之间的间隙。在ANSYS Workbench仿真平台求解滚圈的径向变形量,并结合变形后的轮廓特点,推导出图形学上的滚圈椭圆度算法,最后在LabVIEW编程环境中实现。结果表明:双重接触模型下的滚圈径向最大变形并不发生在象限点,滚圈内壁与筒体间的接触状态增强了整体刚度,为滚圈在工程设计中的优化提供了理论支撑。The paper analyzes the reasons for large deviations in the ovality of the drums in the Design Regulations for Chemical Rotary Kilns in the check and calculation results,and establishes a dual-contact finite element simulation model that includes drum,cylinder(including backing plate),and supporting rollers.The influence of temperature rise on the mechanical properties of the cylinder material and the gap between the drum and the cylinder under cold state are considered.It aims to solve the radial deformation of the drum on the simulation platform of ANSYS Workbench,and combine the characteristics of the deformed contour to derive an algorithm for drum ovality in graphics,hence implementing it in the LabVIEW programming environment.The results show that the maximum radial deformation under the dual contact model does not occur at the quadrant points,and the contact state between the inner wall of the drum and the cylinder enhances the overall stiffness,which provides theoretical support for the optimization of the drums in engineering design.
