莫来石砖在双膛窑煅烧带的适用性研究

摘　　要：在双膛石灰窑煅烧带采用莫来石砖替代镁砖使用一段时间后,发现莫来石砖产生侵蚀现象,通过试验分析,对其侵蚀原因及机理进行了研究,并探讨了高铝制品(莫来石砖)在双膛窑煅烧带的适用性及相关注意事项。After mullite bricks instead of magnesium bricks are used in the calcining zone of a double-shaft lime kiln for a period of time,it was found that the mullite bricks were eroded.Through laboratory analysis,the causes and mechanisms of the erosion were studied,and the applicability and related precautions of high aluminum products(mullite bricks)in the calcining zone of a double-shaft kiln were illustrated.
