摘 要:分子筛合成母液回用技术是分子筛制备的一种新方法,能够有效提高原料利用率和减少废液排放。介绍了分子筛合成母液的产生及组成,简述了分子筛合成母液回用技术及其在分子筛合成中的应用情况,重点总结该技术在工业上最具代表性的Y,ZSM-5,SAPO-34分子筛合成中的研究进展,并阐述当前分子筛母液回用技术面临的挑战,展望其在工业生产中的发展前景,为实现分子筛产业高效与可持续发展提供借鉴。The recycling technology of mother liquid in the synthesis of zeolites is a new method for the preparation of zeolites,which can effectively improve the utilization rate of raw materials and reduce the discharge of waste liquid.In this article,the generation and composition of mother liquid of zeolite synthesis was introduced,the recycling technology of mother liquid of zeolite synthesis and its application in zeolite synthesis were briefly described,and the research progresses of this technology focused on the synthesis of the most representative zeolites including Y,ZSM-5,SAPO-34 as well as other zeolites were summarized.In addition,the challenges faced by the recycling technology of mother liquid of zeolite synthesis were also proposed.Based on this,the development direction of this technology in industrial production was envisioned.This research would provide reference for achieving the efficient and sustainable development of zeolite industry.
