摘 要:设计了金属有机框架材料合成及其芳香类化合物吸附分离性能的教学实验。通过水热法合成多种具有芳香化合物吸附性能的金属有机框架材料,研究其对2-苯乙醇和1-苯基-2-丙醇的吸附性能。改变NH2-UiO-66合成中氨基基团的比例,结合X射线衍射和比表面积测试分析,了解到氨基基团的引入不影响NH2-UiO-66(n)的框架结构,但会改变比表面积、孔径和孔体积,进而影响其对2-苯乙醇和1-苯基-2-丙醇的吸附性能。该实验有助于学生学习并掌握常用分析仪器的使用方法和数据分析方法,巩固理论知识。An experiment of synthesis of metal-organic frameworks and their aromatics adsorption properties is designed in order to make students further contact with the frontier of scientific research.This experiment mainly involves the hydrothermal synthesis of various metal-organic frameworks for aromatics adsorption and investigation of adsorption behavior of 2-phenylethanol and 1-phenyl-2-propanol.NH2-UiO-66 can be considered as a suitable adsorbent.The amino groups are introduced furtherly into NH2-UiO-66.According to the analysis by X-ray diffraction and BET method,it indicates that NH2-UiO-66(n)with different ratios of amino group present similar frameworks while with different specific surface area,pore diameter,and pore volume,which then affects the adsorption behaviors of 2-phenylethanol and1-phenyl-2-propanol.The experiment can help students consolidate theoretical knowledge and also improve innovative spirits and comprehensive quality.
