摘  要:根据交直流故障电弧的多场景检测实验需求,开发了交直流串联故障电弧实验平台。分别采用碳化电缆与电极拉弧的方式产生交直流电弧,针对性地设计了智能化自动实验设备,提升了实验效率与操作安全性;配置了多种实验负载,实现了不同电极材料、不同负载类型、不同电弧位置等各类工况下的故障电弧实验;平台配备了高速相机实时获取电弧形态特性。研究结果表明,所开发的故障电弧实验平台扩大了实验覆盖范围,可满足GB/T31143、UL1699B等各类故障电弧测试标准需求,为电弧检测特性的研究提供了实验基础,同时可为实验教学提供电弧特性测试实验。According to the experimental requirements of multiscenario detection of AC/DC arc fault,an AC and DC series arc fault test system is developed.The system uses carbonized cable and pullingapart method to generate AC and DC arc faults.The designed intelligent automatic experimental equipment improves the efficiency and safety of experiments.A variety of loads are configured to realize the arc fault experiments under various working conditions,such as different electrode materials,different load types,and different arc positions.Equipped with a highspeed camera to obtain the shape characteristics of arc fault in real time.Research results show that the arc fault experimental system developed in this paper expands the experimental coverage,which can meet the requirements of various arc fault test standards such as GB/T 31143 and UL 1699B,it provides an experimental basis for the research of arc fault detection characteristics.It can provide arc characteristic test experiments for the experimental teaching.
