摘 要:根据高校高水平运动员的身心发展特点和“学训统一”双重身份的现实状况,运用心理训练的“意志和心理素质训练、情景模拟训练、自我暗示训练”等相关手段,培养运动员良好的心理素质;同时建立高校运动队“以学生为主体,教练为主导,协助心理辅导,协调和管理服务”并重的四级心理服务体系,做好高水平运动员赛前、赛中与赛后的心理疏导,使运动员在各种环境下具备良好的心理状态,全面提升运动员的心理素质与心理建设。通过在高水平运动队运用心理训练与心理服务体系,探究了培训高水平运动员的有效途径与内涵建设,进一步提高高水平运动员的心理素质与竞技体育水平。Based on the physical and mental development characteristics of high-level college athletes and the reality of dual identities of“unification of learning and training”,this article uses psychological training such as“will and psychological quality training,situation simulation training,self-suggestion training”and other related methods to cultivate athletes’good psychological quality.At the same time,a four-level psychological service system is established for college sports teams.The four-level of system is“taking students as the main body,taking coaches as the leader,assisting with psychological counseling,coordinating services”.The system provides psychological counseling for high-level athletes in the whole game,enables athletes to have a good mental state in various environments,and comprehensively improves athletes’psychological quality and psychological construction.By using psychological training and psychological service systems in high-level sports teams,we explore effective ways and connotation construction of training the high-level athletes,which further improves the psychological quality and competitive sports level of the high-level athletes.
