摘　　要：随着不断增长的科技创新需求,高校大型仪器设备规模迅速扩大。同时,大型仪器设备重复购置、使用率低、共享困难等问题逐步显现。为有效推动大型仪器设备管理,实现从源头把控,应减少重复购置,提高设备利用率。现以大型仪器购置论证为切入点,探讨购置论证与开放共享之间的逻辑关系与互动机制,提出在购置论证环节通过建立规范机制、明确论证责任、严格查重评议、优化论证结果等方式,发挥购置论证和设备共享对采购决策的支撑作用,推动大型仪器设备管理工作。In recent years,China’s demand for scientific and technological innovation has been growing,and the scale of large-scale instruments and equipment in colleges and universities has expanded rapidly.At the same time,problems such as repeated purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment,low utilization rate,and difficulty in sharing have gradually emerged.In order to effectively promote the management of large-scale instruments and equipment,realize control from the source,reduce repeated purchases,and improve equipment utilization.Taking the purchase demonstration of large-scale instruments and equipment as the starting point,this paper discusses the logical relationship and interaction mechanism between the purchase demonstration and the sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment,and studies the influence of purchase demonstration and equipment sharing on procurement decisions by establishing a standardized mechanism,clarifying the responsibility of demonstration,strictly checking and re-reviewing,and optimizing the demonstration results in the purchase demonstration process,so as to promote the management of large-scale instruments and equipment.
