摘　　要：极地科学考察是人类认识、保护和利用地球两极的重要途径,科学考察船极地作业是开展极地研究的重要手段,而安全是考察船极地作业永恒的主题,是保障科考活动顺利进行的重要前提。结合我国近些年科考船极地科考作业的历史,系统梳理和总结我国科考船极地作业面临的一些风险和可能造成的伤害,分析了我国科考船极地科考作业的特点,并提出了进一步提高科考船极地作业安全水平的建议。研究成果对于提升我国考察船极地作业风险管控和安全管理水平具有一定的指导作用。Polar scientific expedition is an important way to understand,protect and use the earth’s two poles for human beings.Polar research vessel is an important means to carry out polar scientific investigation.Safety is the eternal theme of the polar scientific expedition activity of scientific research vessels,and an important prerequisite to ensure the successful implementation of scientific investigation and research activities.This paper systematically summarizes some risks and possible injuries,and analyzes some characteristics of our country’s polar scientific expedition in the process of scientific expedition.At the end of the article,some suggestions are put forward to improve the safety level of our country’s research vessels in polar operations in the further.The research results may have a certain guiding role in improving the level of risk management and control,and safety management of polar operation of Chinese research vessel.
