摘  要:采用预聚物法与丙酮法结合的合成工艺,以乙二胺基乙磺酸钠为亲水基团,合成高固含水性聚氨酯分散体,并配制了水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,研究了影响水性聚氨酯胶粘剂剥离强度的因素。结果表明,随着—NCO/—OH比例的提高,氨酯键含量提升,剥离强度呈现先提高后降低的趋势;随着分子量的逐渐增大,剥离强度同步增大,分子量上升到一定程度后,剥离强度逐渐下降;当聚氨酯分子的结晶度上升时,剥离强度迅速上升,当结晶度达到45%以上时,剥离强度开始缓慢下降。Waterborne polyurethane dispersions with high solid content were synthesized by the synthesis process combining the prepolymer method and acetone method,and the aqueous polyurethane dispersion with high solid content was synthesized with sodium ethylenediamineethanesulfonate as the hydrophilic group,and the factors affecting the peel strength of the waterborne polyurethane adhesive were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the ratio of—NCO/—OH,the content of urethane bond increased,and the peeling strength first increased and then decreased.With the gradual increase of molecular weight,the peel strength increased synchronously.After the molecular weight increased to a certain extent,the peel strength decreased gradually.When the crystallinity of polyurethane molecules increased,the peel strength increased rapidly,and when the crystallinity reached more than 45%,the peel strength began to decline slowly.
