摘  要:硅酮胶作为最主要的粘接密封材料,具有很好的发展前景,催化剂是影响其性能的重要因素之一。研究了α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷加以填料、交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂的单组分硅酮胶,探讨了不同催化体系对该单组分硅酮胶的表干时间、固化速度、力学性能等的影响,分析了该单组分硅酮胶使用的催化剂体系的各种优缺点,制备出了一种性能优异又能满足市场以及客户需求的胶粘剂。结果表明,使用二月桂酸二丁基锡的胶粘剂表干时间适合,固化速度快,而且力学性能优异。As the most important adhesive sealing material,silicone glue has a good development prospect,and catalyst is one of the important factors affecting its performance.The one-component silicone adhesive withα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethicone plus filler,cross-linking agent,coupling agent and catalyst was studied,the effects of different catalytic systems on the surface drying time,curing speed and mechanical properties of the one-component silicone glue were discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of the catalyst system used in the one-component silicone adhesive were analyzed,and an adhesive with excellent performance and could meet the needs of the market and customers was prepared.The results showed that the adhesive using dibutyltin dilaurate had a suitable surface drying time,fast curing speed,and excellent mechanical properties.
