摘 要:为了研究粉煤灰掺量对高性能混凝土材料耐久性影响,在P·O42.5级高性能混凝土中掺入10%、20%、30%、50%的粉煤灰。设计混凝土、粉煤灰掺量的试验配合比,将粉煤灰掺量和高性能混凝土配合比作为正交试验的2个变量。试验结果表明,正常环境下10%、20%、30%时的混凝土渗透率较低,抗压强度大,50%的混凝土渗透率较高且抗压强度有所减小,冻融环境下的各个数据值均小于正常环境,说明适量掺入粉煤灰掺量能够提高混凝土材料耐久性。通过对试验数据整理可知,使用所研究方法混凝土渗透率、抗压强度与统计数据均存在最大仅为1%和0.1 MPa的误差,能够将试验研究结果作为实际工程可行的条件。In order to study the effect of fly ash content on the durability of high-performance concrete materials,10%,20%,30%,and 50%fly ash were added to P·O42.5 grade high-performance concrete.Design the experimental mix ratio of concrete and fly ash content,using the fly ash content and high-performance concrete mix ratio as two variables in the orthogonal experiment,and observe the concrete pore size using the JC-XSP-A model microscope.Analyze the permeability of concrete according to the ASTMC1202 electricity measurement method.The test results show that under normal conditions,the permeability of concrete is low at 10%,20%,and 30%,and the compressive strength is high.50%of concrete has a high permeability and a decrease in compressive strength.The various data values under freeze-thaw conditions are lower than those in normal conditions,indicating that the appropriate amount of fly ash can improve the durability of concrete materials.By organizing the experimental data,it can be seen that there are maximum errors of only 1%and 0.1 MPa in the permeability,compressive strength,and statistical data of concrete using the research method,which can be used as feasible conditions for practical engineering.
