摘  要:为了从电力变压器中去除老化绝缘油以减少污染物,研究提出了一种新的策略,通过将其离心、脱水和吸附与活性炭(ACH)、硅胶(SG)、氧化镁(MO)和活性膨润土(AB)4种不同的吸附剂相结合,使变压器绝缘油回收循环,回收过程基本上恢复了在用变压器油的基本特性,接近新变压器绝缘油。研究采样过的绝缘油特性并设计了实验,结果表明,回收循环后的绝缘油达到最佳形式可归因于10%的4种吸附剂混合物,其本身由1%的ACH、6%的SG、1%的MO和2%的AB组成,降低了75%以上超高压电力变压器故障的介电击穿风险,并通过延缓固体绝缘老化过程延长了变压器的预期寿命。In order to remove aged insulating oil from power transformers to reduce pollutants,a new strategy was proposed in this study.By combining centrifugation,dehydration and adsorption with four different adsorbents,activated carbon(ACH),silica gel(SG),magnesium oxide(MO)and activated bentonite(AB),the transformer insulating oil was recycled.The recovery process basically restored the basic characteristics of the transformer oil in use,which was close to the new transformer insulating oil.The results showed that the optimal form of the recycled insulating oil could be attributed to 10%of the four adsorbent mixtures,which was composed of 1%ACH,6%SG,1%MO and 2%AB,reducing the dielectric breakdown risk of more than 75%of the ultra-high voltage power transformer faults,and prolonging the expected life of the transformer by delaying the aging process of solid insulation.
