摘 要:为优化水泥基材料的自防水性能,制备了一种水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料(CCCW),并通过正交试验研究活性化学物质最佳配比。结果表明,硅酸钠、无水碳酸钠、氧化镁以及甘氨酸4种活性化学物质的最佳硅灰取代率分别为8%、8%、8%和4%;在最佳硅灰取代率配比下,试验制备的CCCW一次、二次抗渗压力分别为1.4、1.7 MPa,一次、二次抗渗压力比为350%、425%,28 d抗压强度为39.7 MPa,抗压强度比为104%,吸水率对比空白试件降低43.6%,各性能均符合水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料技术指标要求。In order to optimize the self-waterproof performance of cement-based materials,a cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material(CCCW)was prepared experimentally,and the optimal ratio of active chemicals was studied by orthogonal experiments.The test results showed that the optimal silica ash substitution rates for the four active chemicals,sodium silicate,anhydrous sodium carbonate,magnesium oxide,and glycine,were 8%,8%,8%,and 4%,respectively.The primary and secondary impermeability pressures of CCCW prepared in this experiment were 1.4 MPa and 1.7 MPa,respectively.The primary and secondary impermeability pressure ratios were 350%and 425%,and the compressive strength of the CCCW at 28 days was 39.7 MPa.The compressive strength ratio was 104%,and the water absorption rate was 43.6%lower than that of the blank specimen.All properties met the technical requirements of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof materials.
