摘  要:针对人工心脏瓣膜材料在移植后存在的问题,提出一种新型人工心脏瓣膜材料的制备,并对其性能进行研究。试验结果表明,聚二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)浓度为15%时,制备的人工心脏瓣膜的性能最佳。此时人工心脏瓣膜厚度约为5.5 mm,干态和湿态弹性模量分别为19 MPa和21 MPa,经向和纬向的断裂伸长率均超过30%,在开闭运动中实际形变量低于10%,经向和纬向的各向异性比率超过2;缝线牵拉强度约为14 MPa;在磷酸盐溶液(PBS)和蛋白酶(XIV)溶液中降解30 d后,其质量保持率约为92%;钙化后表面的钙元素和磷元素含量低至3%以下,表现出良好的体内应用性能,可以在临床发挥作用。In order to solve the problems of artificial heart valve materials after transplantation,a new type of artificial heart valve materials was prepared,and its properties were studied.The results showed that the performance of the prepared artificial heart valve was the best when the concentration of polyacrylate(PEGDA)was 15%.At this time,the thickness of the artificial heart valve was about 5.5 mm,and the dry and wet elastic moduli were 19 MPa and 21 MPa,respectively.The elongation at break in both longitudinal and latitudinal directions exceeds 30%.The actual deformation is less than 10%during the opening and closing movement,and the ratio of anisotropy in both longitudinal and latitudinal directions exceeded 2.The tensile strength of the suture was about 14 MPa.After degradation in phosphate solution(PBS)and protease(XIV)solution for 30 days,the mass retention rate was about 92%.The content of calcium and phosphorus elements on the surface after calcification was as low as 3%or less.The decrease rate of coagulation time absorbance curve was relatively slow,demonstrating good in vivo application performance and could play a role in clinical practice.
