摘　　要：太极推手作为太极拳训练中一种重要的训练手段,发展至今已有300多年的历史,但仍未作为正式比赛项目在官方举办的赛事中出现。纵观太极推手的历史发展历程,始终难以与太极拳这一世界性运动的高度匹配,目前仍然处于一种“有名无分”的地位。但经过多年的不断探索和修改其规则逐渐符合当代搏击运动的发展,也耦合了已经走上国际舞台的世界武技国际化和现代化改造的成功规律。提出,应通过重组技术体系,融入学校体育、军警部门等手段充分探索太极推手的运行路径,依托全民健身、体育强国等国家战略的支持,大力推动太极推手项目的普及、竞赛、产业化及国际化传播,将太极推手作为中华传统武术、民族传统体育之代表在世界范围内广泛传播。As an important training method in Tajiquan training,Tai Chi Pushing has been developed for more than 300 years,but it has not yet appeared in official competitions as an official event.Throughout the historical development of Tai Chi Pushing Hands,it has always been difficult to match the height of Tai Chi Boxing,a world sport,and it is still in a"famous without distinction"position.However,after years of continuous exploration and modification of its rules,it has gradually and even been in line with the development of contemporary combat sports,and also coupled with the successful laws of the internationalization and modernization of world martial arts that have entered the international stage.We should fully explore the operation path of Taji Pushing Hands by restructuring the technical system,integrating into school sports,military and police departments,etc.,and vigorously promote the popularization,competition,industrialization and international dissemination of Taji Pushing Hands,relying on the support of national strategies such as national fitness and sports power,so as to widely carry out Taiji Pushing Hands as the representative of traditional Chinese martial arts and national traditional sports around the world.
