少林禅武医对提升学生体育核心素养的价值研究

摘　　要：体育核心素养在义务教育阶段的发展并不理想,而少林禅武医作为传统武术的典型代表,有利于提升学生的体育核心素养。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,提出少林禅武医对体育核心素养落实的价值(1)学生体育品德的培育:少林禅视角下的武德修行。(2)学生运动能力的提升:少林武视角下的武功训练。(3)学生健康行为的养成:少林医视角下的养生思维。传统武术作为中华优秀传统文化的重要内容,有着极大的研究意义。因此,需要不断发掘其对体育与健康课程发展有着积极意义的元素,促进传统武术文化在体育教学中的融入。The development status of sports core literacy in the compulsory education stage is not ideal,while Shaolin Zen martial arts medicine,as a typical representative of traditional martial arts,is conducive to the implementation of students'sports core literacy.This article mainly uses the method of literature review and logical analysis to propose that the value of Shaolin Zen martial arts medicine in implementing core sports literacy includes:1)cultivating students'sports morality:cultivating martial arts morality from the perspective of Shaolin Zen.2)Improvement of students'sports ability:martial arts training from the perspective of Shaolin martial arts.3)Cultivation of Healthy Behaviors among Students:Health Preserving Thinking from the Perspective of Shaolin Medicine.As an important content of traditional Chinese culture,traditional martial arts has great research significance.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously explore the elements that have positive significance for the development of physical education and health courses,and promote the integration of traditional martial arts culture in physical education teaching.
