“一带一路”倡议下我国武术文化“走出去”思考

摘　　要：在“一带一路”倡议下,为了加快我国武术文化“走出去”的步伐,文章运用访谈法和文献资料法探析“一带一路”倡议提出的背景,解读我国武术文化“走出去”的内涵,探索“一带一路”倡议下我国武术文化“走出去”的机遇,根据当前我国武术文化推广现状,分析我国武术文化“走出去”的困境,并提出针对性的策略。研究发现,“一带一路”倡议下我国武术文化的对外传播尚处在发展阶段,表现为武术文化未能形成完整的传播链、区域武术文化协同发展机制不完善等,为此应注重武术产业建设,健全区域武术文化协同机制,强化文化对外交流,让他国更好地适应中国文化。Under the implementation of the"the Belt and Road",in order to speed up the pace of the"going out"of China's martial arts culture,this paper uses the methods of interview and literature review to deeply analyze the background of the"the Belt and Road"strategy,interpret the connotation of China's martial arts culture"going out",explore the opportunities of China's martial arts culture"going out"under the implementation of the"the Belt and Road",and according to the current status of China's martial arts culture promotion,Analyze the dilemma of China's martial arts culture'going global and propose targeted strategies.The study found that under the implementation of the"the Belt and Road Initiative",the external communication of China's martial arts culture is still in the development stage,which is manifested in the failure to form a complete communication chain of martial arts,and the imperfect coordinated development mechanism of regional martial arts culture.Therefore,we should pay attention to the construction of martial arts industry,improve the coordinated mechanism of regional martial arts culture,strengthen cultural exchanges with foreign countries,so that other countries can better adapt to Chinese culture,and thus improve the communication effect of Chinese martial arts culture.
