摘 要:文章基于当代大学生素质教育中存在的社会适应能力不足,运用OBE理念,结合线上线下混合式教学进行干预。结合制定运动处方、线下示范讲解、分组演练及比赛等教学方法,每周2次,每次60分钟共历时3个月,对OBE教育理念下南拳教学培养大学生社会适应力进行实验研究。得出:南拳教学干预对大学生的抗挫折能力、人际适应能力、生活适应能力、社会实践能力和道德规范约束力等方面的社会适应能力培养具有显著的提升作用。The article is based on the insufficient social adaptation ability in contemporary college student quality education,using the OBE concept and blended online and offline teaching for intervention.Combining teaching methods such as developing exercise prescriptions,offline demonstration explanations,group drills,and competitions,this study conducted an experimental study on the cultivation of social adaptability among college students in Nanquan teaching under the OBE education concept,with a total duration of 3 months,twice a week and 60 minutes each time.It can be concluded that the intervention of Nanquan teaching has a significant enhancing effect on the cultivation of social adaptability in college students,including their ability to resist setbacks,interpersonal adaptation,life adaptation,social practice,and moral constraints.
