摘 要:某动车组用联轴节在使用过程中发生断裂,通过断口宏微观形貌观察、金相组织分析、化学成分分析、布氏硬度测试等手段对联轴节断裂原因进行综合分析。结果表明:联轴节表面氮化处理前存在原始裂纹是导致其在使用中发生断裂的主要原因。鼓形齿表面氮化处理存在硬而脆的网状氮化物,导致表面层脆性增加,也是加速其断裂的原因。A coupling of EMU was fractured during use.The reasons for the coupling fracture were comprehensively analyzed by means of macro and micro morphology observation,metallographic examination,chemical composition analysis and Brinell hardness test.The results show that the original crack existing on the surface of the coupling before nitriding treatment is the main reason for its fracture during use.Hard and brittle network nitrides exist on the surface of drum shape teeth during nitriding treatment,which leads to the increase of brittleness of the surface layer and is also one of the reasons for accelerating its fracture.
