摘　　要：港口物流与腹地经济的协同发展是打造向海经济、写好新世纪“海上丝路”新篇章的重要组成部分。港口物流业的发展提高了腹地经济的货物周转率,而腹地经济的发展也为港口物流提供了必要的经济、技术、市场等资源。通过构建相关指标评价体系,文章通过DEA模型对北部湾港口物流2009年至2021年的物流效率进行评价;并利用复合系统协同度模型来测算北部湾港口物流与北部湾经济区经济之间的协同度水平。结果显示:北部湾港口整体物流效率呈上升态势,整体水平较高;北部湾港口物流与南宁、钦州、北海、玉林、崇左之间实现了低度协同——一般协同-高度协同-极度协同的转换,但与防城港之间还未达到极度协同的阶段。最后依据结果对北部湾港口物流效率及港口物流与腹地经济的发展提出相关建议,以提升北部湾港口物流效率及促进与腹地经济的协同发展。The synergistic development of port logistics and hinterland economy is a vital component in building a maritime economy and crafting a new chapter for the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.The growth of the port logistics industry has enhanced the turnover rate of goods in the hinterland economy,while the development of the hinterland economy has provided necessary economic,technical,and market resources for port logistics.This paper evaluates the logistics efficiency of Beibu Gulf ports from 2009 to 2021 using the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model,and employs a composite system synergy degree model to measure the synergy level between Beibu Gulf port logistics and the economy of the Beibu Gulf economic zone.The results show an overall upward trend in the logistics efficiency of Beibu Gulf ports,with a high level of efficiency overall.There has been a progression from low to general to high and then to extreme synergy between Beibu Gulf port logistics and the economies of Nanning,Qinzhou,Beihai,Yulin,and Chongzuo.However,the synergy with Fangchenggang has not yet reached the stage of extreme synergy.Finally,based on these results,the paper offers suggestions to improve the efficiency of Beibu Gulf port logistics and to promote the synergistic development with the hinterland economy.
