摘  要:以国内某座简支转连续钢-混组合梁桥工程为依托,设计了两根负弯矩区具有混凝土横梁连续段的试验梁SCB-1和SCB-2,针对不同荷载作用下两根梁的受力性能进行室内试验研究,同时就试验过程中的构件扭转现象进行了有限元分析。结果表明:极限荷载下试验梁破坏模式为钢筋先屈服,负弯矩区横梁连接栓钉受力约为220MPa,满足使用要求,试验梁裂缝主要集中在横梁中线两侧1/5~1/3计算跨径范围内,是构件抗裂的关键区域;构件设计过程中应尽量避免偏载和不均匀支撑的共同作用;扭转现象使得构件整体受力性能降低约20%,实际工程中建议增加横向连接刚度。Based on one simply supported to continuous steel⁃concrete composite beam bridge project in China,two test beams SCB⁃1 and SCB⁃2 with continuous sections of concrete beams in the negative bending moment zone were designed.The mechanical properties of the two beams under different loads were studied by laboratory tests.At the same time,the torsion phenomenon of the component during the test was analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the failure mode of the test beam under the ultimate load is that the steel bar yields first,and the force of the connecting bolts of the beam in the negative moment zone is about 220MPa,which meets the requirements of use.The cracks of the test beam are mainly concentrated in the calculated span range of 1/5~1/3 on both sides of the middle line of the beam,which is the key area of crack resistance of the member.The joint effect of eccentric load and uneven support should be avoided as much as possible in the design process of the component;the torsion phenomenon reduces the overall mechanical properties of the component by about 20%,and it is recommended to increase the transverse connection stiffness in actual engineering.
