摘  要:为研究不锈钢钢筋钢纤维混凝土(SFSRC)梁在冲击荷载作用下的动态力学性能,采用超高重型多功能落锤冲击试验系统,对4根不同掺率的SFSRC梁进行落锤冲击试验。结果表明:钢纤维体积掺量由0%提升至2%的过程中,试件冲击力峰值逐渐增加,跨中峰值位移逐渐降低,整体的耗能阻裂能力逐渐增强,破坏模式由弯剪破坏向弯曲破坏过渡;而钢纤维体积掺量由2%提升至3%的过程中,试件冲击力峰值增长缓慢,跨中峰值位移反而增大,破坏模式由弯曲破坏向弯剪破坏过渡。钢纤维的掺入可以明显抑制梁锤接触区域的局部损伤,并提升试件的抗冲击刚度;较高冲击能量下,与普通混凝土相比,钢纤维混凝土能充分使不锈钢钢筋发挥作用,试件表现较好的延性。In order to study the dynamic mechanical properties of steel fiber stainless steel concrete(SFSRC)beam under impact load,a super heavy multi⁃function drop weight impact test system was used to test four SFSRC beams with different doping rates.The results show that when the volume ratio of steel fiber increases from 0%to 2%,the impact force peak increases gradually,the mid⁃span displacement peak decreases gradually,the overall energy dissipation resistance capability increases gradually,and the failure mode transitions from bending and shear failure to bending failure.In the process of steel fiber volume mixing rate rising from 2%to 3%,the peak impact force of specimens grows slowly,while the peak mid⁃span displacement increases,and the failure mode transitions from bending failure to bending shear failure.The addition of steel fiber can obviously restrain the local damage in the contact area of the beam hammer and improve the impact stiffness of the specimen.With higher impact energy,compared with ordinary concrete,steel fiber reinforced concrete can give full play to the role of stainless steel reinforcement,showing better ductility.
