摘  要:为了推进钢筋氯氧镁水泥混凝土(magnesium oxychloride cement reinforced concrete,MOCRC)在西部地区的深度应用,设计模拟西部地区盐渍土环境、气候环境的室内加速破坏试验,研究涂层在多因素破坏试验环境下对钢筋的保护效果。利用电化学工作站测试试件的极化曲线和腐蚀电流密度,选用腐蚀电流密度作为Wiener随机退化过程的退化指标,建立随机退化过程的可靠度函数预测模型。结果表明:涂层在多因素试验环境下对钢筋的保护效果弱于纯浸泡试验环境下对钢筋的保护效果;通过可靠度函数寿命预测模型能够确定,MOCRC在不同浓度2%、4%、6%、8%氯化钠盐溶液室内多因素加速破坏试验环境下达到中等腐蚀破坏的时间分别为4000、3500、1400、400d。In order to promote the in⁃depth application of magnesium oxychloride cement reinforced concrete(MOCRC)in the western region,an accelerated indoor destruction test that simulates the saline soil environment and climatic environment in the western region was designed to study the protective effect of the coating on the steel bars under the multi⁃factor damage test environment.The electrochemical workstation was used to test the polarization curve and corrosion current density of the test piece.The corrosion current density was selected as the degradation index of the Wiener stochastic degradation process,and the reliability function prediction model of the stochastic degradation process was established.The results show that the protective effect of the coating on the steel bar in the multi⁃factor test environment is weaker than the protection effect on the steel bar in the pure immersion test environment.Through the reliability function life prediction model,it can be determined that the time for MOCRC to reach moderate corrosion damage under the indoor multi⁃factor accelerated damage test environment of different concentrations of 2%,4%,6%,and 8%sodium chloride salt solution is 4000,3500,1400,400d respectively.
