摘　　要：以邯郸市方舱医院项目为例,针对其建设改造过程中遇到的原有建筑地下管线条件复杂和施工工期紧等问题,通过在地面以上加设一体化污水处理设备,基于沉井施工工法对螺旋钢管(Φ1400 mm×10 mm)进行处理并作为管井调节池等技术创新措施,实现了方舱医院建设使用过程中医污废水的合理排放。工程实践结果表明,提出的技术创新措施应用效果良好,能够为同类工程提供经验。Using the shelter hospital project in Handan as an example,in order to address the problems of complex underground pipeline conditions and a short construction period encountered during the construction and transformation of the original building,the spiral steel pipe(Φ1400mm×10mm)is treated using the caisson construction method and used as the pipe well regulating pool,as well as other technical innovation measures.The engineering practice results show that the proposed technical innovation measures have good application effect and can provide experience for similar projects.
