某酒吧提升改造工程检测鉴定与加固分析

摘　　要：根据某酒吧提升改造工程的改造需求,对局部梁板进行拆除,首先对酒吧原结构进行检测鉴定,然后进行加固方案分析和加固设计,对承载力不足的构件进行加固,且引入双槽钢吊柱加固措施,并在施工过程中严格进行检测把关,最后圆满且安全地完成改造,既提升了高度空间,又不占用下层层高,与单一加大悬挑结构相比较有很大安全优势,给以后的加固工程研究提供了一个好的思路,通过实际施工验证,具有良好的可行性。According to the transformation needs of a bar upgrading and transforming project,the local beams and slabs are removed.First,the original structure of the bar is detected and identified,and then the reinforcement scheme analysis and reinforcement design are carried out.The components with insufficient bearing capacity are reinforced,and reinforcement measures for double channel steel hanging columns is introduced,and strict inspection and control during the construction process,and finally completed the transformation successfully and safely.It not only improves the height space,but also does not occupy the height of the lower floors.Compared with a single enlarged cantilever structure,it has a great safety advantage.It provides a good idea for future reinforcement engineering research.Through actual construction verification,it has a good feasibility.
