摘　　要：某大型住宅区地下负一层停车库,地面铺装材料为环氧地坪漆,在使用不到半年后,地面环氧地坪漆发生大面积开裂、起壳、剥落,开裂部位不均匀分布。通过检查停车库地面施工构造,检测各种施工材料的性能,分析出停车库地面混凝土的施工工艺及找平层混凝土自身性能是造成环氧地坪漆开裂的主要原因,为同类型的施工项目提供案例参考,避免类似情况发生。In an underground negative parking garage of a large residential area,the ground paving material is epoxy floor paint.Less than half a year after using,the ground epoxy floor paint has been cracked、shelled and peeled off in a large area,and the cracked parts are not evenly distributed.This article inspects the ground construction structure of the parking garage,detects the performance of various construction materials,analyzes the construction technology of the concrete floor of the parking garage and the performance of the concrete leveling layer itself are the main reasons for the cracking of epoxy floor paint,so as to provides a case reference for the same type of construction projects to avoid similar situations.
