摘　　要：试验从健康牛蛙(Rana catesbiana)肠道内容物中分离出12株内源菌,筛选对牛蛙病源性嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、铜绿假单胞菌(seudomonas aeruginosa)的拮抗菌株后对其生物学特性进行分析,发现其中1株菌对蛙源嗜水气单胞菌、铜绿假单胞抑制效果最好,抑菌圈直径分别为12 mm和14 mm。通过革兰氏染色镜检、生理生化、16S rRNA鉴定、药物敏感性、生物学特性如菌液接种量、培养温度、转速、初始pH、生长特性等生物学特性进行分析。确定该菌株为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis),并取名为G1。此菌株在LB培养基上菌落呈乳白色,向上凸起,表面湿润、光滑、不透明、有黏液性,是革兰氏阳性菌。菌液最适接种量为3%、培养温度为30℃、培养转速为180 r/min、初始pH为7和培养时间为18 h。The experiment isolated 12 strains of endogenous bacteria from the intestinal contents of healthy bullfrogs(Rana catesbiana).After screening for antagonistic strains against frog pathogenic Aeromonas hydrophila and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,their biological characteristics were analyzed.Among them,one strain demonstrated the best inhibitory effect on both frog-derived Aeromonas hy⁃drophila and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,with inhibition zone diameters of 12 mm and 14 mm,respectively.Analyze biological characteristics such as Gram staining microscopy,physiological and biochemical analysis,16S rRNA identification,drug sensitivity,and biological characteristics such as inoculum volume,culture temperature,rotation speed,initial pH,and growth potential.Determine that the strain is Bacil⁃lus velezensis and name it G1.This strain has a milky white colony on LB medium,protruding upwards,with a moist,smooth,opaque,and mucinous surface.It is a Gram positive bacterium.The optimal inoculation amount of the bacterial solution is 3%,the cultivation temperature is 30℃,the cultivation speed is 180 r/min,the initial pH is 7,and the cultivation time is 18 hours.
