摘　　要：介绍一起某自备电厂C25-3.43/0.12型汽轮机负荷调整异常的故障事例,从设备原理方面分析可能造成汽轮机负荷调整异常的原因并逐一进行检查验证,找到故障根本原因,从运维、状态监控、检修安排等方面提出改进措施。This article introduces a fault example of abnormal load adjustment of C25-3.43/0.12 steam turbine in a self-provided power plant,analyzes the reasons that may cause abnormal load adjustment of steam turbine from the aspect of equipment principle,and inspects and verifies them one by one,finds the root cause of the fault,and puts forward the improvement measures from the aspects of operation and maintenance,condition monitoring,and overhaul arrangement.
