摘  要:干熄焦锅炉在运行过程中,锅炉的安全、连续、稳定运行,直接影响到干熄焦炉、干熄焦发电机组效率。锅炉在运行过程中,由于高温烟气硫腐蚀、高温大颗粒焦粉的冲刷磨损,导致锅炉一、二级过热器、吊挂管、鳍片蒸发器等换热设备不同程度受到损伤,影响锅炉运行效率,甚至发生爆管事故,影响锅炉及干熄焦炉安全运行。根据锅炉发生爆管事故的原因,对症制定防控措施,解决了可能引起锅炉爆管的一系列问题,为锅炉的安全、连续、稳定运行提供保障。The safe,continuous and stable operation of the boiler directly affect the efficiency of dry quenching furnace and dry quenching coke generator set during operation.In the process of boiler operation,due to high-temperature flue gas sulfur corrosion,and hightemperature large particles of coke powder scouring abrasion,the first and second stage superheaters,hanging tubes,fins evaporator and other heat exchanging equipment are damaged to varying degrees,affecting the boiler operating efficiency,and even causing pipe burst accidents,which affects the safe operation of boiler and dry quenching coke ovens.The prevention and control measures are formulated to solve a series of problems that may cause boiler pipe burst based on the causes,which could provide guarantee for the safe,continuous and stable operation of the boiler.
