摘　　要：钢丝帘布裁断机通过包边贴胶装置对胎体帘布或带束层帘布进行包边、贴胶等操作,以提高子午线轮胎的整体质量。包边贴胶装置主要包括定中机构、输送机构、胶条导开与导向机构、胶条贴合机构、垫布剥离机构、垫布收集机构以及包边机构等部件,其未来发展方向是提高自动化程度、精度、通用性,增加数据检测和分析功能。The edge wrapping and fitting devices are used in steel cord fabric cutting machines to apply edge wrapping and rubber strip fitting to the carcass or belt fabric to improve the overall quality of radial tires.The edge wrapping and fitting device mainly includes the components such as the centering mechanism,conveying mechanism,rubber strip letting off and guiding mechanism,rubber strip fitting mechanism,pad stripping mechanism,pad collection mechanism,and edge wrapping mechanism.Its future development direction is to improve automaticity,accuracy,usability,and add data detection and analysis functions.
